Big News about the New Year

Happy Holidays Foxes! We have some exiting updates and news about the end of this year and the beginning of the next that we're thrilled to share with you!Special Releases
We have two special releases prepared for the month of December! Our main release, Björn to Be Wild, will be a silly noir-adventure with two new thematic subclasses which will also be released separately in the Gumshoe's Codicil for free! Like our past adventures, Björn to Be Wild will be written for Tales of the Valiant with a compatibility guide for running it in 5th Edition.We will have one additional release coming out on Friday the 12th alongside Björn to Be Wild which we will be keeping secret for now, and on New Years Eve we will be releasing Artificers!, a free collection of three artificer subclasses we made. This will be a 5th Edition only release.Holiday/Anniversary Sales
To celebrate the various winter Holidays and 1-Year of Foul Fox, we're going to be running some big sales! December 25th through New Years Eve you can get all of our big releases 25% off on either Shard or DrivethruRPG. Starting on January 1st and running through the 13th, we are going to have a 25% discount on a all new bundle collecting all of the Codex's from our first year, and a 50% discount on a bundle collecting all of our larger releases!Bigger Releases in 2026
Reviewing our sales for 2025, you guys have made it clear what you want. Summoner's Grimoire, our biggest release containing content for players and GMs is by far our best selling product. Aside from being a huge ego boost, it is clear that if we put time and energy into bigger releases you guys are going to want them! Starting 2026, expect some big releases! This does come with a cost, literally, as we will have to increase the prices for future codices to match the amount of effort. The price increase won't be huge, and will reflect the quality and quantity of the content within. We know the cost may be a bit of a bummer, but we hope that you find that our new releases are worth it. Don't worry though, our free codicils are here to stay, and we have no plans to increase the costs of any existing products.
Heretic's Codex Release

The Heretic's Codex is out now on DrivethruRPG and Shard Tabletop! The Heretic's Codex features four new subclasses and more for characters who worship dark gods, practice taboo magicks, or chose to steal the light of divinity to forge their own fate.Check out the Heretic's Codicil for free on DrivethruRPG to get a taste of the intoxicating power available in the Codex.

About
Foul Fox was founded in 2025 by Jace Claxton and Satchel Shah.Satchel (he/him) lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota with two cats and his fiance Shrike. Gawain the cat is in charge of the household and did name the company herself. Satchel is a forever GM who currently runs Tales of the Valiant, 5th edition, and Monster of the Week. Satchel started playing in 2016.Jace (he/him) lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota and lives with his plant who hasn't told anyone its name yet. He both plays and game masters depending on the night of the week, and even has a few nights a week where he doesn't do either. Jace started playing in 2022 but has been playing twice as much as anyone should to make up for lost time.
